Dear Coach,

     National Signing Day has come and gone, and with your help it was a tremendous success for the University of Miami. I want to personally thank you for all of your assistance in providing film, transcripts and general information.

     I especially want to thank you for your generous hospitality and warm welcome to our assistant coaches in their efforts during recruiting. The recruiting process builds the foundation for a lifetime relationship.

     I want to extend an open invitation to you to use our program and our coaches as a resource for you during your career as a coach. If we can ever be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to call our office. I do not want National Signing Day to be the end of the relationship; instead, I want it to mark the beginning.

     Good luck this spring as you begin preparations for the upcoming season.
