Willie McGinnis, steps into his first year at Milford Academy as a defensive line coach. McGinnis previously was an assistant coach for Bainbridge-Guilford High School. McGinnis graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S double major degree in Political Science and Communications. McGinnis was a four year starter at Rhode Island and a captain his senior year. After college, McGinnis played professional football in the Arena Football League - most recently he started at defensive tackle for the 2014 Eastern Conference Champions, the Cleveland Gladiators.
